Don Cole's animation instructor, Milt Neil, who lived in Wayne NJ, and taught at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon & Graphic Art, Dover NJ, in his latter years. This photo is taken from the table top book, 'Treasures of Disney Animation Art'. "During World War II, Donald Duck was the perfect personality to satirize the Third Reich's publicity about the grand lifestyle of the superior German race. As a factory worker, Donald puts in long hours, with little food and no conveniences. This film won an Academy Award for 1942-43." --dc
